IIT Bombay is offering a free online course on PHP and MySQL for interested participants on the SWAYAM platform. This AICTE approved FDP course is basically a spoken tutorial that participants can access once they are registered on the platform.

The entire course can be completed in 15 weeks, and are self-explanatory in nature. There are both audio and video study materials available.

The course instructor is Kannan M Moudgalya who is a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He has a BTech in chemical engineering from IIT Madras, a Master’s in electrical engineering and a PhD in chemical engineering from Rice University. The Spoken Tutorial Project has been funded by the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
